Picking Students Up Early During the School Day Procedures.

Dear Parents/Guardians,
Hello! It is understood that at times children have to be taken to the doctor or a family issue may arise. However, when a parent comes to school unannounced to pick up their child it often interrupts the class and takes away from your child’s instructional time. At times emergencies do happen but unless it is an absolute emergency a note must be provided in the morning. To be clear please send your child in the morning with a note explaining the situation and what time you plan to pick them up. Please also provide a phone number that you can be reached at. Mrs. Zarro will then call you to confirm the letter and what time you will be coming.
Please note that only those listed on the yellow card in the office will be able to pick up students.
School staff works diligently to prepare our students and children should be in their classes as much as possible. Academic success is what School Nine strives for and we hope that parents/guardians share in our vision. If you have any questions please feel free to contact the main office. Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation!
